  • Correctly tie the following knots and hitches -Fig-8 Stopper, Fig-8 Follow through, Fig-8 on a bight, Alpine Butterfly, Prussik Hitch
  • Demonstrate a Personal Safety Check and System Safety Check
  • Perform a rappel
  • Perform a top-belay
  • Perform an ascension and self-rescue.

  • Assemble and utilize a High Re-direct Portable Anchor (Arizona Vortex)
  • Package a patient in a Basket Litter and perform a rescue in a vertical plain
  • Construct and operate a Double-track High-Line System.
