Confined Space Rescue Operations -Staging Equipment for Skill Station

This e-learning program is designed for rescue service personnel who respond to and support confined space rescue operations.
This online program introduces subjects that include defining, identifying and explaining confined space, identifying specific hazards, Personal Protective Equipment, and industry-mandated safety measures.
This 2-day course introduces the skills needed to safely and efficiently perform confined-space rescues in industrial and municipal environments. It provides a Confined Space Rescue Operations certificate.
Please Note: Harnesses and Helmets are provided during your course. Students are required to bring their own gloves that have leather on the palms and fingers. Gloves and helmets are available for purchase from us if you choose.
The Confined Space Technician course expands upon, and utilizes, the skills acquired during the Confined Space Rescue Operations course. This 2-day course will focus on developing and managing an Incident Action Plan and performing the role of a Rescue Sector Team Lead.

The Hazardous Materials Awareness course is designed for first-response personnel who respond to and support haz mat operations. This course is based on the NFPA 472 Standard for Professional Competence of Responders to Hazardous Materials Incidents. This modular program presents: Roles and Responsibilities of Emergency Responders; Safety; Recognition and Identification of Hazardous Materials; and Response and Incident Management.
You will have 2 weeks to complete the online program once it is activated and you may access it multiple occasions during that period.
The Hydrogen Sulfide Awareness course is designed for fire service personnel and personnel that work around sources of H2S such as public works, and related contractors.
The Hydrogen Sulfide Awareness course is designed for fire service personnel and personnel that work around sources of H2S such as public works, and related contractors. Regulation 833, Control of Exposure to Biological or Chemical Agents, to limit the exposure of workers to specified hazardous biological or chemical agents in accordance with established values.
This online program introduces the characteristics of hydrogen sulphide (H2S); explains how and why it is a toxic poison; identifies and explains required mitigation strategies; identifies associated emergency actions; and introduces a program for worker protection . A certificate is issued on successful completion.

The Canadian standard CSA Z460-13 outlines procedures for developing a lock-out program which must be compliant with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and its Industrial Establishments Regulation 851.
This legislative compliant online course will guide you through the required aspects of Locking and Tagging out machinery, from the basic procedures for lock and tag out, to information about employer and worker responsibilities.
