The Confined Space Rescue Awareness course is designed for emergency service personnel who respond to and support Confined Space Rescue Operations.
This course is based on the NFPA 1006 Standard for Technical Rescuer Professional Qualifications. This modular program presents: Roles and Responsibilities of Emergency Responders; Recognition and Identification of Confined Space; Environmental and Physical Hazards; and Initial Response Protocols. A certificate is issued on successful completion.

The Flood Water Rescue Awareness course is based on the NFPA 1006 Standard for Technical Rescuer Professional Qualifications and is designed for rescue service personnel who respond to and support flood water rescue operations.
During your course, we will be introduced to the following topics:
- Introduction to types of floods and relate them to an emergency response that occurred in 2024.
- The “Safety Concept” and relate this concept to required actions to prepare and respond to a flood water rescue.
- Hydrology and Water Hazards associated with flood response.
- Additional Urban and Rural Hazards
- Pre-planning for a response to a potential flood rescue.

This online First Responder Wellness program addresses the mental health and wellness challenges the First Responder community faces while carrying out its jobs.
This awareness course introduces the following subjects:
- Awareness of psychological health and wellness
- The stigma around mental health
- The impact First Responder work can have on mental wellness
- Strategies to build resiliency
- Signs of when help is needed in oneself or in a peer
- Resources available to the First Responder community
