Safety is a core value of our instructional team at Access Rescue. As a component of our Safety Concept, a Training Safety Plan is developed, documented and filed for each training program and location.

These Safety Plans are available to registered participants for review.
All participants are required to be the age of majority. As a participant, I understand and acknowledge that participation in technical rescue training presents inherent personal danger. By registering in a program, I confirm I have read and agree to the following liability release and terms.
"For the purpose of training in rescue techniques or observation of such, I do hereby remise, release, and forever discharge, Access Rescue Canada, Inc., its owners, employees and agents, for or by reason and/or in any way arising out of my presence on the said lands and facilities and participation in said instructional exercise, including any personal injury or property damage that I may suffer".
